Classes - New Year 2018

Now that the weather is getting colder our yoga practice helps keep us healthy. It boosts the immune system which we need to ward off those winter colds and flu and stimulates metabolism, keeping us warm from the inside. Oh and, of course, mobilises your joints and stops them stiffening up.

Relax and ease out after a busy day. Mixed ability

class with adaptions to suit all levels.

8th January - 5th February

5 week block £35

Drop-in for any 90 minute class £8.50

In all classes we will work on:

- Strengthening the core

- Correct posture

  1. -Mobilising the spine creating freedom of movement

This block we will be Detoxing after the Festivities

and working with Sankalpa (yogic New Year’s resolution)

Everyone tells me they sleep particularly well after class!
