Classes Winter 2017

Now that the weather is getting colder our yoga practice helps to keep us healthy. It boosts the immune system which we need to ward off those winter colds and flu and it also helps to keep us warm from the inside, boosting metabolism and keeping those joints from stiffening up.

Monday evenings 7.30 - 9pm

Relax and ease out after a busy day. Mixed ability

class with adaptions to suit all levels.

Fab modern centre with underfloor heating

Next block we are focusing on the spine

In particular we will be:

-Strengthening the core

  1. -       Working on correct posture

-Mobilising the spine to create freedom of movement

Of course we will be doing it in a lovely yogified way,

focused on the breath with full body awareness,

whilst working towards a nice twisty, balancing flow

Everyone tells me they sleep particularly well after class!

Drop-in for £7.50

It is cheaper to pay for a half termly block in advance.

However if you prefer, you can drop into

any 90 minute class for £7.50
